Shipping Rates
We offer affordable shipping options to get your little explorer's new favorites delivered quickly:
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50
- $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $50
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
We ship via USPS Priority Mail:
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment
- Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 6-9 business days
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

- Tracking number to monitor your package
- Estimated delivery date

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days
- Damaged packages: Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- All shipments are insured, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve any issues
International Shipping
