Returns & Exchanges

At Sparkle & Spruce, we want you and your little explorer to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 45 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and socks
  • Swimwear (if tags have been removed)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at ash_midds04@hotmail.com within 45 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging when possible

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Sparkle & Spruce is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Exchanges We offer FREE exchange shipping! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange
  • We'll cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item
  • Original return shipping fees still apply

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store Credit Option: Choose store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus to use on your next purchase!

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at ash_midds04@hotmail.com with photos
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by Sparkle & Spruce
